Proceed wisely

Proceed wisely

One should proceed cautiously and drink only water filtered through clothing. One should act according to the scriptures and do only what the mind dictates to do.

A wise man should consider every aspect before proceeding with anything. One should not rush into any work by getting carried away by emotion or feeling. Success-failure should be thought of first, otherwise one has to suffer disappointment or deception.

Pure water improves health while consumption of contaminated water makes the body prone to illness. A good body has a good mind. If the health is good, then all the tasks of a person are completed smoothly. So clean water filtered through clothes should be consumed.

Shastra is like a repository of practical knowledge. The Vedas, Puranas, Upanishads, Ramayana and Mahabharata contain guidelines for ritual and practical living. Man should follow the promises given in the scriptures.

If you want, you can go to Malva. If the mind supports it, it is fun to work and there is sure success in it. There is no fun in doing work which the mind refuses to do, because every work is planned in the mind first and if the mind does not support it, the work will not be completed. Work done for the sake of doing has no meaning.
